The noncommutative Weil algebra of \\({\\mathcal G}\\) is \\({\\mathcal W}_G=U ({\\mathcal G}) \\times\\text{Cl}({\\mathcal G})\\), where \\(U({\\mathcal G})\\) is the universal envelopping algebra and \\(\\text{Cl} ({\\mathcal G})\\) is the Clifford algebra of \\({\\mathcal G}\\). If \\((e_a)\\) is a basis in \\({\\mathcal G}\\), one denotes by \\(i_a, L_a,d\\) the usual derivations defined on \\(W_G\\) and on \\({\\mathcal W}_G\\). The authors construct a vector space isomorphism \\(Q:W_g\\to {\\mathcal W}_G\\) (called the quantization map) which intertwines the derivations \\(i_a,L_a,d\\). The corresponding multiplication maps are \\(G\\)-chain homotopic in the equivariant cohomologies \\(H_G(B)\\), \\({\\mathcal H}_G(B)\\), for any \\(G\\)-differential algebra \\(B\\). The map \\(H_g(B)\\to {\\mathcal H}_G(B)\\), induced by \\(Q\\) at the cohomology level is a ring homomorphism. In the case of the trivial \\(G\\)-differential algebra \\(B=\\mathbb{R}\\), the isomorphism reduces to the Duflo isomorphism between the ring of invariant polynomials and the ring of Casimir
