The most completely studied case is that in which the domain \\(g\\) is either a cylinder with generator parallel to the \\(x_3\\)-axis or an ellipsoid. In these cases, it was shown that a solution is almost periodic. In the case of general domains, the study of the problem faces greater difficulties due to the appearance of a continuous spectrum.   In the article under consideration, the method of algebraic moments is proposed for some class of domains which yields some characteristics (the \\(l\\)th-order moments of the component \\(P=P(x,y,z,t)\\) of \\((\\vec v, P)\\)) of a solution. The exposition is most complete in the case of a ball; for other domains, this method gives some isolated
