Indeed, it is isomorphic to several operator algebras naturally appearing in analysis, for example, to the algebra \\(\\mathcal{L}(\\mathcal{S}'( \\mathbb{R} ),\\mathcal{S}( \\mathbb{R} ))\\) of continuous linear operators from \\(\\mathcal{S}'( \\mathbb{R} )\\) to \\(\\mathcal{S}( \\mathbb{R} )\\), where \\(\\mathcal{S}( \\mathbb{R} )\\) is the well-known Schwartz space of smooth rapidly decreasing functions and \\(\\mathcal{S}'( \\mathbb{R} )\\) is the space of tempered distributions, to the algebra \\(\\mathcal{L}(s',s)\\), or to the algebra of rapidly decreasing matrices. It is also isomorphic topologically, but not as an algebra, to the Fr\u00e9chet space \\(\\mathcal{S}( \\mathbb{R} )\\), which explains its name.  The aim of this paper is to study algebraic and topological properties of the multiplier algebra of the noncommutative Schwartz space, denoted by \\(\\mathcal{M} \\mathcal{S}\\). The authors describe this multiplier algebra and show that it can be regarded as the largest \\(*\\)-algebra of unbounded operators on a separable Hilbert space with the classical Schwartz space of rapidly decreasing functions as the domain. They show that \\(\\mathcal{M} \\mathcal{S}\\) is neither a \\(\\mathcal{S}\\)-algebra nor \\(m\\)-convex. The authors show that, in spite of the fact that \\(\\mathcal{M} \\mathcal{S}\\) is neither Banach nor metrizable, the closed graph theorem, the open mapping theorem, and the uniform boundedness principle hold on this
