This reminds us of the concept of negative customer, which was set forth by three leading scientists: Gelenbe, Boucherie-van Dijk and Henderson. Negative customers are likely to eliminate positive ones and make them disappear. They cannot build up in the queue, and are simply lost if they arrive to an empty queue [\\textit{E. Gelenbe}, J. Appl. Probab. 28, No. 3, 656--663 (1991; Zbl 0741.60091); \\textit{E. Gelenbe} et al., J. Appl. Probab. 28, No. 1, 245--250 (1991; Zbl 0744.60110)]. In other contributions [\\textit{R. J. Boucherie} and \\textit{N. M. van Dijk}, Ann. Oper. Res. 48, No. 1--4, 463--492 (1994; Zbl 0792.90029)], we find a type of negative customers that can build up in the queue, as opposed to Gelenbe negative customers. We introduce a new type of negative client, having the same properties mentioned above, but characterised by the fact that they may remove one or more regular clients, and leave the system after being server as a regular customer. We study the existence of stationary distribution, the intensity of transition, along with the quasi-reversibility of this new type of negative customer.","type":"string"},"datatype":"string"},"type":"statement","id":"Q2224181$BAB61DE6-FF0B-4B0C-8009-477D8147A5DD","rank":"normal"}],"P226":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"9698cd8c2ef5954df0ca7b245f8ac8962391d4ea","datavalue":{"value":"90B22","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q2224181$2AC889C7-4E45-4630-8855-6F264567E439","rank":"normal"}],"P1451":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1451","hash":"0d40eeab647e06874e2fdf846b64423741070297","datavalue":{"value":"7305432","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q2224181$1BCA4FA7-C611-472B-A62B-3AB9A7740391","rank":"normal"}],"P1450":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1450","hash":"346d2cc3a657c4d33b736000a1ae6fcc72e0e172","datavalue":{"value":"queues","type":"string"},"datatype":"string"},"type":"statement","id":"Q2224181$D0FDE911-707A-4DC6-A065-74FB7E8C6BA2","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1450","hash":"80cd7f07e61bde4deede2dc4f7356b97a0b87f88","datavalue":{"value":"quasi-reversibility","type":"string"},"datatype":"string"},"type":"statement","id":"Q2224181$E88401EE-4FC1-4153-9881-F0112046B5CB","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1450","hash":"85c9a1577f1cefb198cc5fea9807689b87b6a76d","datavalue":{"value":"stationary
