Chap. 1 presents three numerical decompositions: Epsilon decompositions including the decomposition algorithm, balanced Bordered Block Diagonal (BBD) decompositions, and input-output constrained decompositions. In Chap. 2, a number of information structure constraints is addressed. Decentralized and BBD state feedback, low-rank centralized corrections, and overlapping control for linear and nonlinear systems are designed by using Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMI). It includes the cases of the inclusion principle and direct computation of overlapping controllers, i.e., without invoking this principle. In Chap. 3, the design of both decentralized and BBD static output feedback is examined. Structured output feedback laws include certain algebraic constraints to ensure the necessary particular factorization of the gain matrix. This approach is applied to the control design of singular systems, systems with arbitrary information structure constraints, and large-scale Lur\u00e9 systems. Chap. 4 presents a reliable method for estimating the region of attraction when utilizing decentralized control laws for its enlargement. In Chap. 5, the phenomenon of moving equilibria is considered within the framework of parameter stability. A strategy for parameter stabilization of nonlinear systems is presented. The strategy is extended to the problem of gain scheduling. The last chapter of the book is devoted to dynamic graphs and their application to large-scale Boolean network such as for instance gene regulation. It is shown how continuous Boolean networks can be described in terms of dynamic graphs. The notion of graph entanglement is proposed as a systematic tool for large-scale dynamic graphs generation including recursive techniques that resemble some form of ``organic growth''.   The prerequisites for reading this book are some basic knowledge of state space theory, linear matrix inequalities, and graph theory. The text is an excellent, clearly written, up-to-date authoritative reference on control of complex systems which is supplemented by numerous examples and a wide variety of application studies. The monograph will appeal to graduate students, researchers, and practicing engineers acting in this challenging research
