The result is sound, the proof and the whole article are very well written. As the authors remark, the dynamical coherence is an important feature, for instance, to obtain the stable ergodicity of systems.  The proof is concise and developed clearly. It is based in two previous results of the same authors in separate papers. In essence, the proof is developed along the three following steps, being the first two direct applications of their previous papers, and taking the third one, most part of the article.  First, the dynamical coherence is obtained after a theorem of Brin, once it is proved that the lifts \\(\\widetilde W^s\\) and \\(\\widetilde W^u\\) of the stable and unstable foliations are quasi-isometric.  Second, to the final purpose of proving the quasi-isometry of those lifts, the authors reproduce a similar construction of that in a previous paper of Burago and Ivanov, obtaining the partially hyperbolicity of the induced map \\(f_*\\) of the first homology group.  Third and finally, after a series of cleary posed technical lemmas, the authors prove the quasi-isometry of \\(\\widetilde W^s\\) and \\(\\widetilde W^u\\) showing that every interval (of certain length), of a leaf of such lifted foliations, intersects at least one surface of a family of surfaces, which separate \\(\\mathbb{R}^3\\) into sliced-like regions. The existence of such a family of surfaces and its slicing-like property is in essence, the key tool in the proof, obtained after the partial hyperbolicity of
