Search for the anomalous \(t q \gamma\) and \(t q H\) couplings in \(\gamma p\) collision at the LHC (Q2363937)

Summary: We have investigated the constraints on the anomalous \(t q \gamma\) and \(t q H\)\ \ \((q = u, c)\) couplings through the photoproduction processes \(p p \to p \gamma p \to p t \gamma X \to p b \mathcal{l}^+ \nu_{\mathcal{l}} \gamma X\) and \(p p \to p \gamma p \to p t H X \to p b \mathcal{l}^+ \nu_{\mathcal{l}} b \overset{-}{b} X\) at the LHC. We have obtained 95\% confidence level bounds on the anomalous couplings by considering various values of detector acceptances and integrated luminosities. Improved constraints on the \(t q \gamma\) coupling have been obtained compared to current bounds.
