H\u00f6lz} [Arch. Math. 37, 179--183 (1981; Zbl 0451.05015)] (for \\(q \\not \\equiv 2\\pmod 3\\)), or subdesign of the H\u00f6lz design (for \\(q \\equiv 2\\pmod
