A Hopf algebra structure is introduced on the vector space generated by all facets of irreducible subword complexes, including finite and infinite types. An explicit cancellation-free formula for the antipode is given by using acyclic orientations of certain graphs. A non-trivial Hopf subalgebra on \(c\)-clusters of finite type is derived.
