The author first proves the existences of the \\(L^2\\)-regularity uniform attractors \\(\\mathcal{A}^H\\) and \\(H^2\\)-regularity uniform attractor \\(\\mathcal{A}^V\\), respectively. Then he establishes the regularity of the uniform attractors by showing NEWLINE\\[NEWLINE\\mathcal{A}^H=\\mathcal{A}^V,NEWLINE\\]NEWLINE which implies the uniform (with respect to the external forces) asymptotic smoothing effect of the non-autonomous fluid in the sense that the solutions become eventually more regular than the initial data. One first introduces some notations, and then it is shown the unique existence, as well as some a priori estimates of solutions. In Section 3, one proves some properties and the existence of uniform attractor for the family of processes corresponding to the non-Newtonian fluid in space \\(H\\). In Section 4, some properties and the existence of uniform attractor in space \\(V\\) are verified.
