W\u00e4hrend im Falle der permanenten Stabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr \\(s=1\\) der Ursprung im Sinne von \\textit{Poincar\u00e9} (1885; F. d. M. 17, 680 (JFM 17.0680.*)) ein Zentrum ist, ergeben sich f\u00fcr die beliebigen \\(s\\) zweidimensionale invariante Periodizit\u00e4tsmannigfaltigkeiten, auf denen die Trajektorien periodisch sind. Weiter zeigt Verf. da\u00df sich in den Trajektorien reelle Zahlen zuordnen lassen, deren arithmetischer Charakter \u00fcber ihre Stabilit\u00e4t entscheidet. Sind die zugeordnete Zahlen \\(\\nu \\) (wenigsten) von der Ordnung \\(\\omega \\), d. h. gilt f\u00fcr hinreichend gro\u00dfe \\(n\\)  \\[  \\left |\\nu -\\frac mn\\right |>\\frac K{n^\\omega } \\qquad (K>0; m,n \\text{ ganz}),  \\]  so sind die Trajektorien permanent stabil. Nur f\u00fcr die Zahlen, f\u00fcr die es keine bestimmte Ordnung gibt, ergeben sich instabile Trajektorien. Weitere Bemerkungen beziehen sich auf die Verteilung der periodischen Bewegungen.
