The boundary \\({\\partial}D_R(p)\\) is called an extrinsic sphere in \\(P\\).  This paper studies the mean curvature normal vector field \\(\\overline{H}^{{\\mathbb K}^n(b)}_{\\partial D_R}\\) of \\(\\partial D_R\\) in \\({\\mathbb K}^n(b)\\). By using the Weingarten formula and the curvature properties of real space forms, the author obtains a lower bound for the square of the norm of \\(\\overline{H}^{{\\mathbb K}^n(b)}_{\\partial D_R}\\), expresses it in terms of the mean curvature of the geodesic \\(R\\)-ball \\(S^{b, n-2}_R\\) in \\({\\mathbb K}^{n-1}(b)\\) and the normal mean curvature of \\(P^{n-1}\\) in \\({\\mathbb K}^n(b).\\)   Furthermore, the author gives a lower bound of the total mean curvature of the extrinsic sphere, the integral of the square of the norm of \\(\\overline{H}^{{\\mathbb K}^N(b)}_{\\partial D_R}\\), by the volume of this extrinsic sphere \\(\\partial D_R\\) and some constant depending on the curvature of the space
