A complete framework for studying equidistribution properties of nets in base \\(\\varphi\\) is provided.\\N\\NA new concept of prime elementary intervals, which is different from the standard definition based on integer base, is introduced. The one-dimensional van der Corput sequence and two-dimensional Hammersley point sets, both constructed in base \\(\\varphi\\) are defined. Also, some properties of the \\((0,1)\\)-sequences and \\((0,m,2)\\)-nets in base \\(\\varphi\\) are proved. Numerical studies of the discrepancy of point sets and sequences in base \\(\\varphi\\) are presented.\\N\\NAs motivation for future research, how the equidistribution notations that are introduced for base \\(\\varphi\\) can be generalized to other irrational bases, is shown.\\N\\NIn the Introduction of the article the equidistributed properties of digital nets and sequences are discussed. A new notion of strong equidistribution as a starting point and motivation for the intuition behind point sets and sequences constructed from irrational bases is considered.\\N\\NIn Section 2 future context, notational conventions and several elementary facts regarding the golden ratio, are given. Here, elementary facts and relations of the golden ratio and notations conventions, are developed. The concept of the Fibonacci sequence is reminded. The Fibonacci numbers serendipitously work as a base for non-negative integer numbers is presented.\\N\\NSection 3 contains definitions of the van der Corput sequence and Hammersley point set, both constructed in base \\(\\varphi\\). Here, two important constructions, which will provide motivations and direction for studying in the others sections of the article, are included. In Definition 3.1 the construction of the van der Corput sequence in base \\(\\varphi\\) is presented. This construction is graphically illustrated. In Definition 3.2 the constructive principle of the two-dimensional Hammersley point set in base \\(\\varphi\\) with \\(F^m\\) points is developed. Four examples are constructed and the distribution of the points of these nets are shown.\\N\\NIn Section 4 framework of the surrounding equidistribution properties of nets and sequences constructed in golden ratio is developed. Here, the classical concept of the elementary intervals developed by Sobol' and Faure is extended to the concept of the elementary intervals in base \\(\\varphi\\). Also, the notion of a prime elementary \\(k\\)-interval in base \\(\\varphi\\) is introduced and characterized. These geometric notations are graphically illustrated. The concepts of a multidimensional elementary \\((m_1, \\ldots, m_s)\\)-interval in base \\(\\varphi\\) and a prime elementary \\((k_1, \\ldots, k_s)\\)-interval in base \\(\\varphi\\) are presented.\\N\\NIn Section 5 using the definition of prime elementary \\((k_1, \\ldots, k_s)\\)-intervals in base \\(\\varphi\\), the notions of \\((k_1, \\ldots, k_s)\\)-equidistribution in base \\(\\varphi\\) and strongly \\((m_1, \\ldots, m_s)\\)-equidistribution in base \\(\\varphi\\) are introduced. These notations are analytically characterized. Both important notations of \\((t,m,s)\\)-nets and \\((t,s)\\)-sequences in base \\(\\varphi\\) are defined. Also, the notion of a weak \\((t,s)\\)-sequences in base \\(\\varphi\\) is given.\\N\\NIn Section 6 several results regarding the equidistribution of the van der Corput sequence, Hammersley point sets and \\((t,m,s)\\)-nets and \\((t,s)\\)-sequences in base \\(\\varphi\\) are proved. Also, some fundamental obstacles with randomizing point sets in base \\(\\varphi\\) in the form of scrambling, are provided and discussed. The equidistribution of the two-dimensional Hammersley net are graphically illustrated.\\N\\NIn Section 7 the performance with the discrepancy of base \\(\\varphi\\) point sets and sequences constructed in previously sections of the article is numerically evaluated. On the star-discrepancy and the \\(L_2\\)-discrepancy of four point sets and sequences is focussed.\\N\\NIn Section 8 some initial though and ideas on extending this work to construct points sets and sequences with other irrational bases are discussed. Also in addition, the framework to study their equidistribution properties, is proved. The recursive algorithm for generation of sets satisfying \\(L_{p,q}\\)-condition is given. A second algorithm to find sequences contained in \\(\\Gamma_m^R\\) is given. Some remarks about equidistribution in other bases are developed. Some intensions for future work are developed.\\N\\NThe article finishes with two appendixes, which contain graphic illustrations and numerical discrepancy results.","type":"string"},"datatype":"string"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$70D5DFBA-B605-4866-9388-2953654AEDC0","rank":"normal"}],"P1447":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1447","hash":"561316829ccf647838056543930235f1710c249a","datavalue":{"value":{"entity-type":"item","numeric-id":1907711,"id":"Q1907711"},"type":"wikibase-entityid"},"datatype":"wikibase-item"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$86484965-134F-4311-84E8-AA0D5E08B873","rank":"normal"}],"P226":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"3f11e38b6f13ca4b029ac8b24be9156bc78adde9","datavalue":{"value":"11K06","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$C8983AD9-B984-4B91-BB4B-762879AFBBE2","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"ca82df142921c61450d19a6be4e81f35d8a9414b","datavalue":{"value":"11K31","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$88A666E2-BCA5-4A09-A229-4B599CAA1830","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"cd78f101f057f932fb3c93396723d55b40d381a5","datavalue":{"value":"11K36","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$637C5B92-C61D-49B4-9992-AE215F5E13B4","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"086c0286ca441f85b3f6a04f4cff158d1709cb93","datavalue":{"value":"11K38","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$FB3583F2-DDFD-4ECA-8C73-A1DF4E7A1035","rank":"normal"},{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P226","hash":"cf81afcab7665ec308b53ada4821336ea108ff8c","datavalue":{"value":"11K45","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$00F8259F-F44A-4B16-9514-0D9A6269CD8A","rank":"normal"}],"P1451":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1451","hash":"f603220a84b267c52e9d5e93234fd44a51a74fc8","datavalue":{"value":"8102228","type":"string"},"datatype":"external-id"},"type":"statement","id":"Q6920591$0FB60C97-08DE-4DF2-88F6-C843CD8C21AF","rank":"normal"}],"P1450":[{"mainsnak":{"snaktype":"value","property":"P1450","hash":"240e83cbed7f672b5d8c9dbb3b50b5587e3b0cda","datavalue":{"value":"golden
