Comparing with the classical Nicholson's equation, the model equation in this paper has three novel features:\\N\\begin{itemize}\\N\\item[(i)] two shifting parameters with solid ecological background which have opposite monotonicity;\\N\\item[(ii)] a maturation delay in the unknown, and\\N\\item[(iii)] a shifting mediated phase delay on the profile of the birth rate function.\\N\\end{itemize}\\NThese features make the equation in this paper a novel, interesting, and yet challenging equation and brings in some challenges in mathematics.\\N\\NBy using the method of iterative strategies of travelling wave maps, they first give a priori estimates on nontrivial solutions which play a key role in the proof of global asymptotic behavior. Then based on the estimates in combination with proper test functions, they establish the spatial-temporal propagation dynamics of this extended Nicholson's equation.
