The first series is for sheaves with even first Chern class (\\(e=0\\)), and the second is for odd first Chern class (\\(e=-1\\)). For each series, the second and third Chern classes \\((m,n)\\) are given as explicit polynomials in three integer parameters \\(a\\), \\(b\\) and \\(c\\). It is proven that the generic point of each component corresponds to a stable, reflexive, non-locally-free sheaf and that the component has the expected dimension.\\N\\NThe construction follows the ideas used in previous work by Jardim-Markushevich-Tikhomirov, Almeida-Jardim-Tikhomirov, and the authors' own previous work. Proposition 1 specifies the parameter conditions (e.g., \\(b=c=0\\)) that define the intersections between these different series.\\N\\NA key result is the proof of the uniqueness of these components. More precisely, for a given pair of Chern classes \\((n,m)\\) produced by these series, there is at most one triple \\((a,b,c)\\) and, consequently, a unique irreducible component in the corresonding moduli space. Theorems 2 and 3 provide explicit algorithms to determine if a given \\((n,m)\\) pair corresponds to a component and, if so, to find the unique parameter triple \\((a,b,c)\\).\\N\\NIt is noted that infinite subseries of rational components exist within the new series, which are also contained in previously known series whose rationality was established by Vassiliev. The paper provides a concrete example of a moduli space \\(M(0;9,40)\\) that contains two distinct irreducible components: one from the new series presented in this article, and one from a previously known series. For this example, the authors calculate the spectra of the sheaves in each component, providing a tangible way to distinguish
