For the sequence \\(\\omega\\) having this property, the authors prove: (1) Minimality of the skew product extension \\(\\tilde T\\) obtained from the cocycle \\(\\omega \\to \\omega (0).\\) (2) (X,T) is topologically coalescent. (3) The commutants of \\(\\tilde T\\) are \\({\\mathbb{Z}}_ 2\\) skew product extensions of some commutant of T and every commutant of T can be lifted to a commutant of \\(\\tilde T.\\) By considering special \\(\\omega\\) 's the authors also prove that (4) if \\(\\{q_ 0,q_ 1,...\\}\\) is a set of all prime numbers except at least one and \\(I_ j\\in {\\mathbb{N}},\\) then there exists a Toeplitz sequence fo which the topological centralizer of the flow generated is the direct sum \\(\\oplus {\\mathbb{Z}}_{n(j)}\\oplus {\\mathbb{Z}},\\) where \\(n_ j=(q_ j)^{I_ j}.\\) In the proofs of these results, a crucial role is played by the fact that the maximal equicontinuous factor of Toeplitz flow is given by the translation flow on the group of \\(p_ n\\)-adic integers, where \\(p_ n\\) is the period structure of the sequence
