The author studies and proposes a hybridized discontinuous Galerkin method with reduced stabilization. The author first gives preliminaries and introduces the reduced stablization and presents the proposed method. Error estimates in the energy and \(L^{2}\) norms under the chunkiness condition are given. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the proposed scheme.
