The paper refers to a three parameter unfolding of a degenerate case of a Hopf-saddle singularity. It has been found that the nonlinear degeneracy produces bifurcation of periodic orbits and global bifurcations of equilibriums. An example of an electric circuit with one nonlinearity is analyzed and several resonances behaviors are obtained.
