This paper gives explicit constructions of integrable models on Poisson submanifolds. Let us recall that an integrable model can naturally be constructed on a Poisson submanifold in a Lie group. In this work, the author discusses different Poisson structures on Lie groups and obtains the appropriate integrable model. For the canonical Poisson structure on a simple Lie group, the author uses the cluster coordinates on Lie groups. As a result, he succeeds in computing explicitly the integrals of motion for the SL(N)-series. A similar construction is obtained for co-extended loop groups. Finally, a generalization to a wider class of integrable models is described.
