Example: Only LaTeX files in overleaf

1. Data description

We will produce LaTeX documents containing our mathematical theory.

2. Documentation and data quality

Our preprints will be uploaded to the arXiv. The arXiv will upon upload collect appropriate metadata.

3. Storage and technical archiving the project

Throughout the project duration, we will store our preprints on Overleaf.

4. Data exchange and long-term data accessibility

Our preprints will be uploaded to the arXiv at the end of the project duration, see 2.

5. Legal obligations and conditions

We are aware of both the TU and DFG legal requirements. Our preprints will be published under the standard arXiv license.

6. Responsibilities and resources

The main document is created on overleaf by professor Mustermann, who will also back up the documents locally throughout the project.

In case we need to publish additional data, we will follow the MaRDI guidelines on data management and how to choose an appropriate repository.
