A set-valued function \(F: D\to n(Y)\) is said to be hull-convex if \[ tF(x)+ (1- t)F(y)\subset\text{conv } F(tx+ (1- t)y) \] for all \(x,y\in D\) and \(t\in [0,1]\); if this condition is assumed only for \(t= 1/2\), \(F\) is called midpoint hull-convex. The authors give conditions under which such functions are continuous. In particular, the following result holds: Let \(X\), \(Y\) be topological vector spaces and \(F\) be a midpoint hull-convex set-valued function defined on an open convex subset of \(X\) with bounded midpoint convex values in \(Y\). If \(F\) is bounded on a set with non-empty interior then it is continuous.
