The authors study a parabolic hemivariational inequality with a nonmonotone multivalued boundary condition and with a time-dependent pseudomonotone, bounded and coercive operator. Exploiting a surjectivity result for operators of pseudomonotone type, the existence of solutions for the problem is proved. Finally an application to the boundary semipermeability problem is indicated.
