Qualitative properties for solutions of singular elliptic inequalities on complete manifolds (Q872015): Difference between revisions

In the present study the authors are interested in the qualitative behaviour of solutions of quasilinear elliptic differential inequalities on complete Riemannian manifolds. In particular, they derive criteria for the validity of the compact support principle and of the strong maximum principle at a ``finite'' point under generally weak assumptions on the quasilinear operators and on the manifolds themselves.
