The authors consider the following quasilinear elliptic problem \[ \begin{gathered} -\Delta_p u-\sum^k_{j=1} \mu_j {|u|^{p-2}\over |x- a_j|^p} u= Q(x)|u|^{p^*-2} u+\lambda|u|^{q-2} u,\;x\in\Omega,\\ u= 0,\quad\text{on }\partial\Omega,\end{gathered}\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb{R}^d\) \((d\geq 3)\) with smooth boundary, \[ -\Delta_p u= -\text{div}(|\nabla u|^{p-2}\nabla u) \] is the \(p\)-Laplacian of \(u\), \(\lambda\geq 0\), \(1< p< N\), \(p\leq q< p^*\), \(a_j\in\Omega\) and \(0< \mu_j<\overline\mu\) with \(j= 1,2,\dots,k\) and \(k\geq 2\). \(\overline\mu= {(d-p)^p\over p^p}\) is the best Hardy constant, \(p^*= {dp\over d-p}\) is the critical Sobolev exponent and \(Q(x)\) is a positive bounded function on \(\overline\Omega\). Using a variational method, the authors obtain the existence of positive solution for (1).
