This paper generalizes the geometric quantization procedure for weak-Hamiltonian functions. Such functions appear in the study of big-isotropic structures. The author first recalls the general facts about big-isotropic structures. Then he obtains an extension of the cohomology integrability condition for these structures. Geometric structures on the total space of the corresponding principal circle bundle is discussed. Finally, a notion of polarization is introduced in this framework.
