For a fixed \(\varphi\in{\mathcal S}({\mathbb R}^d)\setminus\{0\}\), the short-time Fourier transform of \(f\in{\mathcal S}({\mathbb R}^n)\) with respect to the window function \(\varphi\) is defined by \[ V_\varphi f(x,\xi)=(2\pi)^{-d/2}\int_{{\mathbb R}^d}f(y)\overline{\varphi(y-x)}e^{-i\langle y,\xi\rangle}dy. \] For \(1\leq p,q<\infty\) and a non-negative weight function \(\omega>0\) on \({\mathbb R}^{2d}\), the modulation space \(M_{(\omega)}^{p,q}({\mathbb R}^d)\) id defined as the set of all \(f\in{\mathcal S}'({\mathbb R}^d)\) such that \[ \|f\|_{M_{(\omega)}^{p,q}}=\left(\int_{{\mathbb R}^d}\left(\int_{{\mathbb R}^d}|V_\varphi f(x,\xi)\omega(x,\xi)|^pdx\right)^{q/p}d\xi\right)^{1/q}<\infty, \] with obvious modifications when \(p=\infty\) or \(q=\infty\). The Toeplitz operator with symbol \(\omega\) and window \(\varphi\) is defined (informally) by \[ \text{Tp}_\varphi(\omega)f(y)=\int_{{\mathbb R}^{2d}}\omega(x,\xi)V_\varphi (x,\xi)\varphi(y-x)e^{i\langle y,\xi\rangle}dx\,d\xi. \] A weight \(\omega\) is said to be moderate if there exist constants \(C,N\geq 0\) such that \(\omega(X_1+X_2)\leq C(1+|X_1|^2)^{N/2}\omega(X_2)\) for all \(X_1,X_2\in{\mathbb R}^{2d}\). The main result of the paper says that if \(\omega\) is a moderate weight, then the Toeplitz operator \(\text{Tp}_\varphi(\omega)\) is an isomorphism from \(M_{(\omega_0)}^{p,q}\) onto \(M_{(\omega_0/\omega)}^{p,q}\) for every moderate weight \(\omega_0\) and every \(p,q\in[1,\infty]\).
