The paper deals with the problem of controlling the stationary Navier- Stokes equations by means of a boundary control. The boundary data are supposed to be only partially known, and the flow is determined by an additional extremal boundary condition involving the total head. A particular feature of the considered statement is the presence of nonsmooth controls and singularities. Under some technical assumptions, the unique solvability of the problem is proven, and asymptotic behaviour of the optimal control is investigated.
