Suppose \(M \rightarrow B\) and \(N \rightarrow B\) are fibrations and \(f_{1}, f_{2}: M \rightarrow N\) a pair of fibre-preserving maps. This paper uses normal bordism techniques to define an invariant which is the obstruction to deforming the pair \(f_{1}, f_{2}\) over \(B\) to coincidence free maps. As an application the authors compute the minimal number of coincidence components for all homotopy classes of maps between \(S^{1}\)-bundles over \(S^{1}\).
