London} [Pac. J. Math. 16, 515-536 (1966; Zbl 0136.250)] vermutete und nur in Spezialfällen nachgewiesene Ungleichung \(s(A^ m)\leq \sum^{n}_{i=1}(s_ i(A))^ m\) für alle natürlichen Zahlen m.
