The author studies the well-posedness and the asymptotic behaviour of a class of Lur'e dynamical systems where the set-valued feedback depends both on the time and the state. A new implicit discretization scheme is developed. It generalizes results found in [\textit{A. Tanwani} et al., SIAM J. Control Optim. 56, No. 2, 751--781 (2018; Zbl 1381.93052)] not only to the state-dependent moving set but also because strong solutions are obtained. Some conditions to obtain the exponential attractivity of solutions are given. Under these conditions the solutions converge to the origin with an exponential rate when the time is large. The obtained results can be used to the study of time-varying Lur'e dynamical systems with errors in data or under state-dependent controls.
