Time delay reaction diffusion equations in 1D with Dirichlet boundary conditions are studied. Such models play an important role in mathematical biology as models of population dynamics. The paper is a continuation of the authors' previous work where the existence and uniqueness of a strong solution of nonlinear retarded differential equation in a real Hilbert space was proved. In this paper, the study of the strong solution for time delay reaction diffusion equations is investigated. The semidiscretization in time method is used which transforms the problem to a system of time independent operator equations. Then the results of semigroup theory guarantee the unique solutions of these time independent system. Then after deriving a priori estimates for the approximate solution, the convergence to a unique strong solution is established.
