In the paper the measure of \(\{(x,y)\in D_r: |S(x,y)|< \varepsilon\}\) is studied, where \(S(0)=0\), \(\nabla S(0)= 0\), \(S\) is a smooth function, \(D_r\) is the circle of radius \(r\) with center in \(0\in \mathbb R^2\). Some partially uniform estimates via the smooth perturbation of \(S\) of this measure with \(\varepsilon\mapsto 0\) are stated. The results are not uniform of radius \(r\).
