The paper proves some interesting results concerning the a.e. convergence to \(f\) of the sequences \(\frac 1N \sum_{n=1}^N S_{a(n)}f\) and \(\frac 1{\log N}\sum_{n=1}^N \frac{S_{a(n)}f}n\), where \(S_nf\) are the terms of the Walsh-Fourier series of the integrable function \(f\) and \(a:\mathbb N\to \mathbb N\) is a lacunary sequence.
