A mixed FEM for the quad-curl eigenvalue problem (Q907053): Difference between revisions

The paper is devoted to the Dirichlet and eigenvalue problem with the fourth-order curl operator \((\mathrm{curl})^4\) over a bounded Lipschitz domain. Using a mixed formulation the author proposes mixed methods with finite edge elements. Assuming \(H^3\)-regularity of the solution of the source problem, convergence and error estimates are proved for both problems.
