The authors prove a limiting absorption principle for Dirac operators \(H\) with potentials \(V\) that satisfy certain boundedness conditions. In particular, it is applicable to the Dirac operator with multi-centre Coulomb potential \[ H = c \hbar \sum_{j=1}^3 \alpha \mathbb P+ mc^2 \beta+ \gamma \sum_{k=1}^n \frac{z_k}{|x-a_k|} \] describing a spin \(1/2\)-particle in the electric field of charges \(z_k\) at position \(a_k\). \noindent Under some conditions on the potential \(V\), the resolvent \((H - z)^{-1}\) can be written as a block operator matrix whose entries are Schrödinger like operators which depend on \(z\). The authors show a limiting absorption principle for these operators and then show how this principle leads to a limiting absorption principle for the Dirac operator under consideration in a right neighbourhood of \(m\).
