The classical sequence defining the Euler-Mascheroni constant was modified by \textit{Ch.-P. Chen} and the reviewer [Comput. Math. Appl. 64, No. 4, 391--398 (2012; Zbl 1252.33002)] by adding new terms in the logarithm part, in order to improve the convergence speed. Chen and Mortici offered a method to add such new terms but a general method of obtaining the involved coefficients was not given. This open problem has been solved in the paper under review, where the author gives a recursive method for obtaining the coefficients using logarithmic type Bell polynomials.
