The paper in some sense is a continuation or extention of the previous paper of the author [Geom. Dedicata 129, 119-144 (2007; Zbl 1139.20036)] where most ideas come from. The main result is the following Theorem. If \(B^n\) is a closed aspherical triangulated \(n\)-manifold such that \(\pi_1(B^n)\) is hyperbolic relative to the subgroups \(H_1,H_2,\dots,H_k\), then there is a closed aspherical triangulated \((n+1)\)-manifold \(N^{n+1}\) and an embedding \(i\colon B^n\to N^{n+1}\) such that (i) \(N^{n+1}\) retracts onto \(i(B^n)\), (ii) \(N^{n+1}\) has nonzero simplicial volume, and (iii) \(\pi_1(N^{n+1})\) is hyperbolic relative to \(i_*(H_1),i_*(H_2),\dots,i_*(H_k)\).
