Stationary flow of micropolar fluids is governing by the boundary value problem \[ \begin{aligned} &-\mu\Delta v+(v\cdot\nabla)v+\nabla p=a\,\text{rot}\,w+f,\quad\text{div}\,v=0 \quad\text{in}\;\Omega,\\ &-\alpha\Delta w+(v\cdot\nabla)w-\beta\nabla\text{div}\,w +\gamma w =a\,\text{rot}\,v+g\quad\text{in}\;\Omega,\\ &v| _{\Gamma}=v_0,\quad w| _{\Gamma}=w_0, \end{aligned} \] where \(v(x)=(v_1,v_2,v_3)\) is the velocity of a fluid, \(p(x)\) is the pressure, \(w(x)=(w_1,w_2,w_3)\) is the microrotation field interpreted as the angular velocity field of rotation of particles, \(\mu,\;\alpha,\;\beta,\;a\) are given constants, \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^3\) is the bounded domain with a smooth boundary \(\Gamma\). \(f,g\in L^2(\Omega)\), \(v_0,w_0\in L^2(\Gamma)\) are given functions. For the problem the authors define a very weak solution \((v,w,p)\in L^3\times L^2\times W^{-1,3}\). The existence and uniqueness of this solution is proved.
