The property of structural stability is investigated for semiflows on Banach spaces. A natural (for this problem) topology on the class of all semiflows is described. The notions of hyperbolicity, Anosov semiflows and axiom A semiflows are studied. The main idea is to weaken both the concept of structural stability and hyperbolicity by restricting it to the global (bi-infinite) solutions, that makes possible the generalization of the classical flow theory in some way to this case.
