\textit{M. W. Hirsch} and \textit{C. C. Pugh} [J. Differ. Geom. 10, 225-238 (1975; Zbl 0312.58008)] showed that 1/4-pinching of curvature in negative curvature produces differentiability of the horospheric foliations. This can be strengthened to obtain regularity up to \(C^{2-\varepsilon}\) as the curvature becomes almost constant. This paper shows that sufficient relative curvature pinching provides regularity of the horospheric foliations up to \(C^{2-\varepsilon}\).
