For the nonlinear parabolic equation with a dissipative term \(u_ t= u_{xx}- u^ 2_ x+ \lambda u^ p\), \(-1< x< 1\), \(t>0\) \((\lambda>0, p> 1)\) subject to homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions, we characterize the set of stationary solutions and give the stabilization theorems.
