    The authors consider the equation \[ x'(t)- Cx'(t- d)= Ax(t)+ Bx(t-\tau(t)), \] where \(x(t)\in\mathbb{R}^n\), \(d> 0\) constant, \(0\leq\tau(t)\leq h\). \(A\), \(B\), \(C\) are constant matrices. Using Lyapunov techniques, certain stability criteria -- too complicated to be stated here -- are derived.
