The authors study the system of equations proposed by \textit{A. Strominger} [Nucl. Phys. B 274, 253--284 (1986)] for superstrings with torsion. They construct a regular and irreducible solution of this system for \(U(4)\) and \(U(5)\) principal bundles. They achieve this goal by perturbing around the Calabi-Yau vacua paired with the gauge field on the tangent bundle of the Calabi-Yau threefold.
