Let \(G\) be the \(r\)-torus. In order to study the homotopy category of rational \(G\)-spectra, the author constructs an abelian category \({\mathcal A}(G)\) of sheaves over a category of closed subgroups of \(G\). The category \({\mathcal A}(G)\) is of injective dimension \(\leq 2r\). He defines then a homology functor \(\pi_*^{\mathcal A} \) going from the category of rational \(G\)-spectra to \( {\mathcal A}(G)\) and proves the existence of a spectral sequence \[ \text{Ext}_{{\mathcal A}(G)}^{*,*} (\pi^{\mathcal A}_*(X), \pi^{\mathcal A}_*(Y)) \Rightarrow [X,Y]_*^G\,, \] strongly convergent for all rational \(G\)-spectra \(X\) and \(Y\).
