    L'auteur étudie le problème de Dirichlet pour le laplacien et le bilaplacien dans un domaine plan presentant un point de rebroussement. Plus précisement, si \(\Omega=\{(x,y)\in \mathbb{R}^2\mid 0<x<\alpha\), \(0<y<x^\alpha\) avec \(\alpha>1\}\) et si on considère un changement de variables du à \textit{K. Ibuki} [J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 14, 54-71 (1974; Zbl 0281.35031)] alors on peut réduire le problème considéré au problème de Dirichlet dans une demibande infinie \(\Omega_0= \{(x,y)\in \mathbb{R}^2\), \(x>0\), \(0<y<1\}\). L'auteur démontre qui si \(f\in L^p(\Omega)\) alors la solution de \(\Delta u=f\) appartient à \(W^{2,p} (\Omega)\) (ce qui est nouveau pour \(p\neq 2\)). Ou étend ce resultat à un domaine-modèle dans \(\mathbb{R}^3\), \(Q=\Omega\times (0,\pi)\). Avec les mêmes techniques on démontre qui si \(u\) vérifie \(\Delta^2u=f\), avec \(f\in W^{-1,p} (\Omega)\) alors \(u\in W^{3,p}\) au voisinage du point de rebroussement. On donne aussi une application pour les équations de Navier-Stokes linéarisées près du point de rebroussement.
