The reducible hypergeometric operators are classified according to their decompositions in the ring of differential operators on the one hand and to their parameters on the other hand. Starting from the work of N. Katz on the irreducible case, the author derives from this classification a computation of the unipotent part of the differential Galois group based on Galois cohomological methods and on considerations of affine groups.
