The authors study a \(C^{1,\alpha}\) smooth flow in \(\mathbb{R}^d\) which is strongly monotone with respect to a \(k\)-cone of rank \(k\) (see Definition 2.1 for more details). They first study the linearization near a regular point and the \(\omega\)-limit set of the orbit. The approach based on the the \(k\)-Lyapunov exponents and the associated \(k\)-Lyapunov exponents is presented in Section 3. In Section 4, the authors prove that orbits with initial data from an open and dense subset of the phase space are either pseudo-ordered or convergent to equilibria. Section 5 is devoted to some particular cases, including a generic Poincaré-Bendixson Theorem for the case \(k = 2\). Finally, the paper ends with some applications to higher-dimensional systems.
