Invariant subspaces of Volterra integration operator: Axiomatical approach (Q441903): Difference between revisions

Relying on the ideas used by \textit{M. T. Karaev} in [Methods Funct. Anal. Topol. 11, No. 1, 48--59 (2005; Zbl 1094.47008)], the lattice of invariant subspaces of the Volterra operator on some Banach spaces of continuous functions is described. For the description, Karaev's modification of the Duhamel product is used. In spite of its brevity, the paper presents a nice contribution to the theory of the Volterra integral operator.
