The difference equations \(x_n= \max_{i=1,\dots, k}\{f^{(i)}_n/x^{\alpha_i}_{n-p_i}\}\) with converging coefficients \(f^{(i)}_n\) are investigated under such conditions that all positive solutions are converging to the same limit.
