The author studies a class of recurrence equations over \(k\)-ary trees covering various examples appearing in the investigation of \(p\)-adic Gibbs measures (see [\textit{M. Khamraev} and \textit{F. Mukhamedov}, J. Math. Phys. 45, No. 11, 4025--4034 (2004; Zbl 1064.82006)]; [\textit{F. Mukhamedov} and \textit{U. Rozikov}, Infin. Dimens. Anal. Quantum Probab. Relat. Top. 8, No. 2, 277--290 (2005; Zbl 1096.82007)]). Each equation is assigned to a vertex of the tree, and they are generated by contractive functions on a non-Archimedean algebra. Existence and uniqueness theorems are proved.
